What Yes Drive does
Yes Drive helps people make a better start on a vehicle purchase. We learn what you need, what the vehicle needs to do, and the details that matter to your situation. When it makes sense, we may help connect you with a dealership that is a better fit for the vehicle and the conversation ahead.
Yes Drive is not a promise of a vehicle, a payment, a trade value, financing, credit approval, delivery date, or dealership response. A participating dealership completes any vehicle sale, financing, trade, delivery, and final transaction directly with you.
No fee to you. No obligation to buy.
You do not pay Yes Drive a fee for the assistance described on this website.
Using our website, submitting a request, speaking with us, or receiving an introduction does not require you to buy a vehicle or proceed with a dealership.
A participating dealership may compensate Yes Drive if a transaction is completed. That does not create a fee or obligation for you.
What we will do—and what we cannot promise
We will make reasonable efforts to understand your situation, answer questions clearly, help identify a useful next step, and make thoughtful introductions when appropriate.
But vehicle availability, dealer inventory, pricing, monthly payments, trade values, financing decisions, test-drive availability, delivery, and the customer experience at a dealership are outside our control. We cannot guarantee a particular result.
If a first conversation does not work out, you are welcome to come back to Yes Drive. We will do our best to help you consider another path without making you start from zero.
Your choices remain yours
You decide whether to proceed with a vehicle, dealership, test drive, finance application, trade, or purchase.
You are free to compare serious options. If you want help coordinating more than one conversation or test drive, tell us so we can keep the introductions clear and respectful for everyone involved.
Information you give us
Please give us accurate and current information. Let us know if an important detail changes.
Do not send driver's licence images, income documents, credit information, banking information, or other sensitive documents through the public Start Here form unless we specifically give you a secure method and explain why we need them.
Privacy and communications
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
If you ask us to contact you by phone, email, or text, we may use that method to respond to your request. You can tell us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Yes Drive is not responsible for a dealership's independent decisions, inventory, pricing, finance process, delivery, customer service, or the condition of a vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
